AwesomeBound ships orders to the delivery address provided at checkout. We currently offer free standard shipping on every order.

Processing time

Most orders begin processing within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, and many orders process sooner. Processing can take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, fulfillment delays, product customization, address verification, or fraud review.

U.S. delivery estimates

After processing, many U.S. orders are delivered in about 3-14 business days. Some items have a longer delivery window, especially when they move through international fulfillment before final carrier delivery. For those items, U.S. delivery can take about 8-23 business days after processing.

Product pages may show a more specific delivery estimate when we have current item-level shipping information. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and can vary by item, destination, carrier, holidays, severe weather, customs processing, or other delays outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@awesomebound.com.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears delayed or missing, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We may ask you to check with the carrier or local delivery office while we review the shipment status.

International orders

If shipping outside the United States is available at checkout, destination-country duties, import fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country or carrier and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
