Order tracking
The most accurate tracking lives on Shopify's secure order status page. Use the link in your order emails, or sign into your AwesomeBound account to review your orders.
Your order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and shipping update emails can link to the Shopify order status page. That page shows the current order details and shipment tracking once a carrier tracking number is available.
Customer accounts let you view your AwesomeBound order history and open the status page for an order. Use the same email address you entered at checkout, then follow Shopify's secure sign-in steps.
Log in to customer accountTracking may not move immediately after the shipping email is sent. Carriers can need time to scan a package after it leaves the fulfillment center.
