Shipping Policy
AwesomeBound ships orders to the delivery address provided at checkout. Shipping availability, methods, timing, and carrier handling can vary by item, destination, and fulfillment partner.
Processing
Most orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Some items may need additional processing time during holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, address verification, or fraud review.
Tracking
When tracking is available, Shopify sends it through the shipping confirmation or shipping update email. Use the Track Your Order page for the customer account route and order-status guidance.
Delivery updates
Tracking may take time to update after a package leaves the fulfillment center. If the status looks delayed, failed, or incorrect, contact support@awesomebound.com with your order number and checkout email.
