Refund Policy

We want you to receive the item you ordered in the condition described. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at support@awesomebound.com and include your order number.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item.

Starting a return

To start a return, email support@awesomebound.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send items back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions if the return is approved.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos or video showing the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including gift cards, downloadable products, opened or used personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, perishable goods, customized items, and items marked final sale, unless required by applicable law or unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions based on the item, availability, and the reason for the exchange.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders may begin processing quickly after checkout. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@awesomebound.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after processing has started.
