This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, and order changes work at AwesomeBound.
We want you to receive the item you ordered in the condition described. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at support@awesomebound.com and include your order number.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item.
Starting a return
To start a return request, email support@awesomebound.com with your order number, the item you want help with, and the reason for the request. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the right next steps. When an item needs to be shipped back, we will provide return instructions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos or video showing the issue. We will review what happened and work with you on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including gift cards, downloadable products, opened or used personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, perishable goods, customized items, and items marked final sale, unless required by applicable law or unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return instructions
Please do not send items back until AwesomeBound support provides the right next steps. Return instructions can vary by item and order, so we will share the correct instructions after reviewing your request.
Refunds
After we review your request and any returned item, we will notify you of the resolution. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact us first. We will provide next steps based on the item, availability, and the reason for the exchange.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders may begin processing quickly after checkout. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@awesomebound.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after processing has started.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
