AwesomeBound ships orders to the delivery address provided at checkout. Shipping availability, methods, prices, and timing may vary by item, destination, carrier, and fulfillment partner.
Processing time
Most orders begin processing within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, and many orders process sooner. Some items may take up to 5 business days before shipment during holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, product customization, address verification, or fraud review.
Shipping and transit time
After an order ships, transit time varies by product, shipping method, destination, carrier, and fulfillment partner. Shipping time estimates, when shown at checkout or in tracking, are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will email it after the order ships so you can follow the shipment after it leaves the fulfillment center. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@awesomebound.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears delayed or missing, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We may ask you to check with the carrier or local delivery office while we review the shipment status.
International shipping, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage fees may apply unless they are collected at checkout. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
