All of our items are made-to-order. This means they're not mass produced, as we put a lot of care and time into each piece we make. Once you make an order, we start the production.
Production time estimate: 2-5 days.
Shipping time estimate: 5-7 business days.
Tracking number: typically, we will automatically update your order tracking information once the order has been shipped.
If you still haven't received your tracking number, then your order might still be in production – please allow up to 7 business days for it to be completed.
